Transparency reports – Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services (Digital Services Act)
In accordance with Article 15 of the Digital Services Act (“DSA”), Ikoula publishes a transparency report.
As an intermediary service provider, Ikoula reports on its content moderation activities, the measures implemented to process notifications of illegal content, and the requests and injunctions issued by the competent authorities of the Member States of the European Union.
This transparency report covers all intermediary services provided by Ikoula, in particular hosting services, insofar as they fall within the scope of the DSA.
Ikoula's transparency reports are published annually.
Each report remains available to the public for a period of five years from its date of publication.
