Punctual support services

Because sometimes you just need a helping hand for a very specific operation, Ikoula also offers you one-off support services to help you with your day-to-day management. There are 3 levels of support - level 1 (intervention on hardware), level 2 (system administration) and level 3 (complex administration) - and you are free to call on the Ikoula teams on an hourly basis, the rate for which varies according to the level of manpower.
