    Our Liberty offer mainly involves customer support through dedicated and secure customer interfaces. IKOULA provides guaranteed, certified and supervised equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If necessary, we guarantee a replacement within 24 hours. Our team of sales engineers is available to provide you with further information. At Liberty level, you benefit from our Proactivity promise: we guarantee an intervention within 4 hours if our services detect a problem.
    We provide you with a backup service. In the event of a malfunction, you can restore your data through an efficient and dedicated web interface.

  • Prime: regular supervision

    The Prime offer is intended to be faster, with a proactive intervention within 2 hours of detecting an anomaly and a guarantee of equipment replacement within 12 hours. In addition, our on-site services are guaranteed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    But the primary advantages are regular monitoring, a monthly hardware and security audit with e-mail reporting, and contact with your dedicated sales engineer if you have any questions.

  • Business: a customised package tailored to your processes

    With the Business offer, intervention procedures can be customised. These are also greatly accelerated as we guarantee a response and intervention within 4 hours by e-mail and within 15 minutes by telephone. The proactivity time is also shortened with intervention within 1 hour if it is we who detect the problem.
    Customisation also extends to the monitoring procedures, and the customer is involved in creating the specifications.
    In addition to data restoration, this package includes 40 GB of backup space.

  • First: The most comprehensive offer

    The First offer includes access to your own dedicated technical expert and 24/7 interventions. Everything is included, and all services are customisable. In addition, First customers benefit from our total proactivity as we always offer solutions to develop your infrastructure according to your needs.

IKOULA efficiency guarantees


To provide you with a better service, we offer a bonus-malus system. What does that mean?
From the Prime offer onwards, IKOULA, as a quality Managed Services Provider sanctions itself in the event of a delay! If an availability guarantee is not met, the customer saves 5% on the monthly bill, with a cap of 20%.
For our First customers, this system extends to response times and the timeliness of monthly reports.
