The PRIME level is the 2nd level of IKOULA outsourcing service, and offers in addition to customer support and IKOULA's own hardware warranty, supervision and audit of the infrastructure. Thanks to the support of a dedicated sales engineer, companies subscribing to this level of service can benefit from system supervision (CPU, RAM, hard drive, etc.) and services (HTTPS, Database, etc.) performed with the Zabbix tool. , followed by monthly reporting. The components are also monitored, while a security audit is carried out every month.
